Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Belvoir Lettings plc (AIM:BLV), one of the UK's largest lettings franchises, announces that Nicholas Leeming, will join the Board as an Independent Non-ExecutiveDirector with effect from today.

Nicholas has over 30 years' experience in the property industry and has held a number of senior positions throughout his career. He was a Partnerfor 15 years at Humberts Limited (now Chesterton Global Limited), before joining propertyfinder.com where he spent some 15 years. He was also a co-founder of Zoopla Limited and spent nearly 3 years as their Business Development Director, until he left in August 2012. Nicholas currently has Non-Executive directorships in a number of property and insurance related businesses as well as being trustee to private investment trusts and corporate pension funds.

Commenting on the appointment, Chairman of Belvoir Lettings plc, Mike Goddard, said:
