at Lettings Agency of the Year Awards 2012

Belvoir Lettings PLC (AIM: BLV), one of the UK's largest lettings franchises which recently listed on AIM, has been awarded the Gold Award for Best Lettings Franchise at the Lettings Agency of the Year Awards 2012 held in association with The Sunday Times & The Times on Friday 25 May at the Lancaster London Hotel.

The Award recognizes Belvoir as one of the best lettings agencies in a highly competitive market and its focus on the core principles of customer service, professionalism and specialism.  The Awards were chaired by The Property Ombudsman and backed by The Association of Residential Letting Agents. Belvoir was awarded the Silver Award for Best Lettings Franchise in 2011 and the Gold Award in 2012.
