Belvoir Castle Estate Appoints Belvoir Lettings to Manage 300 Properties

Belvoir Lettings PLC, one of the UK's largest lettings franchises which recently listed on AIM, is pleased to announce that Belvoir Lettings Grantham has been appointed by the Duke and Duchess of Rutland to manage the portfolio of 300 residential properties on the Belvoir Castle Estate in Leicestershire.

The Belvoir Castle Estate consists of a range of residential properties from two-bedroom cottages to characterful lodges and farmhouses throughout the Vale of Belvoir. The Estate has been self-managed by Belvoir Castle for the last 500 years. Belvoir Lettings has sponsored events held within the grounds of the Belvoir Estate over the last ten years.

Three members of staff from the Belvoir Castle administration team have now joined the Belvoir Grantham office to provide continuity of professionalism and customer care with tenants.

Commenting on the appointment, Dorian Gonsalves, Managing Director, said:

"We are extremely pleased that after self-managing their properties for 500 years the Belvoir Estate has entrusted Belvoir Grantham with the management process of its 300 residential properties. We started Belvoir Lettings in a village in the Vale of Belvoir. The company was originally named after the area and so we are very pleased to be continuing our strong and long term relationship with the Belvoir Castle Estate.
