Posting of 2010 Annual Report & Financial Statements

and AGM Notice and Change of Registrars

Beowulf (AIM: BEM; Aktietorget: BEO), the AIM and Aktietorget traded mineral exploration company which owns several exploration projects in Sweden, announces that further to the release on 28 February 2011 of its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2010, its Annual Report and Financial Statements together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") are now available to download from the Company's website at: www.beowulfmining.net and were posted to shareholders on Monday.

The Company's forthcoming AGM will be held at 4.00 p.m. on Thursday 30 June 2011 at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel, Granta Place, Cambridge CB2 1RT.

The audited financial statements show a decrease of approximately £37,000 in administrative expenses for the year ended 31 December 2010 compared to the previously announced unaudited figure, due to a re-statement of the recognition of the profit on the transfer of licences and exploration costs to Wayland Copper Limited in respect of the Company's Ballek JV project. Accordingly, the group's reported loss for the year has decreased to £474,395 while intangible assets have been increased to £1,327,892 and total equity increased to £2,002,345 compared to the previously announced unaudited figures of £512,388, £1,287,232 and £1,964,352 respectively.
