Beowulf (AIM: BEM; Aktietorget: BEO), the mineral exploration and development company principally focused on the group's Kallak North and Kallak South iron ore deposits in northern Sweden, announces that further to the release on 28 February 2014 of its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2013, its full Annual Report and Financial Statements incorporating a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") are now available to download from the Company's website at: www.beowulfmining.net and are being posted today to those shareholders who have elected to receive hardcopy shareholder communications from the Company.

The Company's forthcoming AGM will be held at 10.30 a.m. on Friday 11 July 2014 at 8th Floor Tentor House, 45 Moorfields, London, EC2 9AE.
