The Company was notified on 27 June 2016, that on the same day the following transactions took place:-

35,061 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company were acquired into a SIPP, the beneficiary of which is Mr A W Pidgley, a director of the Company, at an average price of £22.69 per share.

3,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company were acquired by Mrs J Barker, spouse of G Barker, a director of the Company, at a price of £22.40 per share.
