The following amendment has been made to the 'Total Voting Rights' announcement released on 1 October 2020 at 07.00 under RNS No 6606A.

 

The date in the first line has changed from 31 August 2020 to 30 September 2020.

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company advises that, as at 30 September 2020, the total issued share capital consisted of 136,325,217 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each.

 

The Company holds 10,615,895 shares in Treasury.

 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 125,709,322.

 

The above figure (125,709,322) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
