Shareholders of the Company are entitled to convert some or all of their shares of one class in the Company into shares of another class on the last business day of March, June, September and December in each year or such other dates as the directors of the
Company shall determine.

Shareholders are reminded that the next share conversion date is 30 September 2008 (the 'Conversion Date'). Shareholders wishing to convert shares should follow the instructions set out on the 'Share Conversion' page on the Company's website www.bhmacro.com before 3pm on the Conversion Date.
