2023 Annual General Meeting Results

Bidstack Group Plc (AIM: BIDS.L), the native in-game advertising group, announces that the results of the voting on the resolutions at the Annual General Meeting today are set out below. A poll was held on each of the Resolutions, as previously announced on 18 July 2023, Resolution 5 was withdrawn. Resolutions 1 to 4 and 6 to 8 were passed by the requisite majority.
