Director/PDMR Shareholding

Big Yellow Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 1 June, following the exercise of share options maturing from the Group's Save As You Earn scheme, Nicholas Vetch purchased 3,096 shares at an average price of 310 pence per share. 

This increases Mr Vetch's beneficial holding to 8,770,620 shares representing 6.69% of the issued share capital of the Company.
