Big Yellow Group PLC (the 'Company') announces that across Tuesday 19 March and Wednesday 20 March, Philip Burks, a Non-Executive Director, sold 250,000 shares at an average price of 370 pence per share.

This decreases Mr Burks' beneficial holding to 3,846,995 shares representing 2.72% of the issued share capital of the Company.
