Big Yellow Group PLC (the 'Company') announces that on Thursday 20 November, Nicholas Vetch, Executive Chairman, received a total 500,000 shares in Big Yellow Group PLC by way of a transfer from his wife, Catherine Vetch.

Following this transaction Mr Vetch and his family's total beneficial holding remains at 9,175,351 shares in the Company, representing 5.86% of the issued share capital.
