Big Yellow Group PLC (the 'Company') has been informed, pursuant to DTR 5.1.2R of the FSA's Disclosure & Transparency Rules that, following the disposal of shares on 19 March, Fortis Investment Management SA had a total interest in the Company representing 5.9% of total voting rights. The holding was previously held under the name ABN AMRO Asset Management UK.
