APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS


Further to the announcement on 22 December 2006 regarding the planned retirement
of Stuart Gordon as Executive Chairman and Mike Speakman as Non-executive
Director, the board of Amco is pleased to announce the appointments of two new
directors. Peter Hems will be appointed a director with effect from 1 April 2007
and as Executive Chairman upon Stuart Gordon's retirement. John Gordon will be
appointed as Non-executive Director also with effect from 1 April 2007.

Peter Kenneth Hems (aged 57 years), a chartered accountant, is a partner of
Grant Thornton UK LLP and has been a partner since 1979. He will cease to be a
partner on 31 March 2007, but will continue in a consultancy role for the firm
and as Chairman of Trustees for The Grant Thornton Defined Benefit Pension
Scheme. In addition, Peter is currently a director (but will resign prior to 1
April 2007) of Grant Thornton Nominees Limited, GTN1 Limited, GTN2 Limited,
Grant Thornton Property Nominees Limited, GTPN1 Limited and GTPN2 Limited. Peter
was previously a director of Bethwell Limited.

John Stuart Gordon (aged 40 years), a solicitor, is a partner in Freeth
Cartwright LLP, a firm of solicitors, and a director of Gordon Securities
Limited.

There are no further matters to be disclosed under the AIM Rules.
