On 13 November 2009 the Company was informed of the following interests in the capital of the Company:
Tarom Foundation (formerly Tarom Anstalt) is interested in aggregate in 2,645,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares), representing 20.45% of the issued share capital. This holding comprises of:
Tarom Foundation directly holds 415,000 Ordinary Shares;
Sun Overseas Corporation, holds 330,000 Ordinary Shares. Tarom Foundation is the sole shareholder of Sun Overseas Corporation;
Venise Incorporation Limited, holds 345,000 Ordinary Shares. Tarom Foundation is the sole shareholder of Venise Incorporation Limited;
Kenho Establishment, holds 331,000 Ordinary Shares. Kenho Establishment holds these Ordinary Shares on trust for Tarom Foundation;
Crusoe Holdings Establishment, holds 1,220,000 Ordinary Shares, through nominees with HSBC Client Holdings Nominee (UK) Limited. Crusoe Holdings Establishment holds these Ordinary Shares on trust for Tarom Foundation; and
Verwaltungs-und Privat-Bank Aktiengesellschaft holds 4,000 Ordinary Shares as a nominee trustee for Tarom Foundation.
Tarom Foundation is a public welfare foundation, domiciled in Vaduz, Principality of Liechtenstein. Its object is the pursuit of charitable, humanitarian and social goals. It is governed by its foundation council, the two members of which are Legacon Treuhand Anstalt and Dr. iur. Alexander Ospelt. Dr. iur. Alexander Ospelt is also one of four members of the foundation council of Gutenga Foundation which in turn owns Gutenga Investments PCC Limited which holds 6,451,318 Ordinary Shares, representing 49.9% of the Company's issued share capital.
