                               Additional Listing

The Company has applied for 1,355,932 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the
Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the
Main Market of the London Stock Exchange ('Admission'). Admission is expected to
take place on Friday 17th February 2006.

The above shares have been issued to IsraCaps ltd ('IsraCaps'), a company
incorporated in Israel, pursuant to the amendment of the Company's licence
agreement with IsraCaps announced between the two parties on 9 February 2006.
