Director / PDMRShareholding: Correction

Stanelco announces a correction further to the announcement on 15^th June 2010 regarding its directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities of Stanelco shareholdings.

Stanelco corrects that Paul Law already held 1,988,558 ordinary shares.  Therefore, after purchasing a further 14,830,033 shares of 0.1p each in the Company at the placing price of 0.125p per share, Paul Law now holds a total of 16,818,591 shares, representing 0.29% of the issued share capital.
