Director/PDMR Shareholding
Biome was notified on 6 May 2011 of the following purchases by directors.
John F Standen, non-executive Chairman, purchased 1,463,118 ordinary shares at 0.24 pence per share on 6 May 2011. Following this transaction, John Standen's total shareholding in Biome is 25,708,168 ordinary shares, representing 0.44% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
Paul Mines, Chief Executive, purchased 1,105,583 ordinary shares at 0.24 pence per share on 6 May 2011. Following this transaction, Paul Mines' total shareholding in Biome is 50,403,192 ordinary shares, representing 0.86% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company. In addition, Paul Mines has unexercised options over 144,372,636 ordinary shares in aggregate. Paul Mines also has an interest in the Company's shares through his participation in the Company's Public Equity Plan (further information is set out in the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements).
