Director Shareholding / Holding in Company Replacement
The issuer advises that the following replaces the announcement released under
RNS number 0360I at 17:53 on 26 February 2003. The number of shares held by
Barry Hozier, a director, represents 1.94% of the issued share capital rather
than 2.03%. The full amended text appears below.
Stanelco, the RF (radio frequency) applications group, announces that on 25
February 2003 Barrie Hozier, director, acquired 13,500,000 shares in settlement
of an employment dispute. Barrie Hozier is now interested in 13,500,000 ordinary
shares, representing 1.94 per cent. of the issued share capital of Stanelco.
Stanelco also announces that on 25 February it was informed that the I N Davis
(1991) Trust had disposed of 15,000,000 ordinary shares and is now interested in
251,489,940 ordinary shares, representing 36.62 per cent, of the issued share
capital of Stanelco.
