First Day of Dealings on AIM
Biome Technologies plc is pleased to announce today the admission of all of its ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM") (the "Admission"). The Admission follows the approval by shareholders at the Company's General Meeting held on 14 June 2010 (the "General Meeting") to approve, inter alia, the Company's recent fundraising, change of name and its move from the main market to AIM. Dealings in the Ordinary Shares of the Company will commence on AIM at 8am today and will trade under the new ticker "BIOM" (previously "SEO").
At the same time as Admission, the Company's admission to the Official List of the FSA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities will be cancelled.
In addition, Biome Technologies has today launched a new website, compliant with AIM Rule 26, www.biometechnologiesplc.com
Commenting on the move to the AIM of the London Stock Exchange, Paul Mines, Chief Executive of Biome Technologies, said:
