Forbidden Technologies plc ('the Company') announces that it has received
applications to exercise options over 1,125,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.8p each in
the Company under the terms of the Forbidden Technologies plc Approved Share
Option Scheme. These shares rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary
shares in the Company. These shares have been allotted and application has been
made to the London Stock Exchange for these 1,125,000 Ordinary Shares to be
quoted on the Alternative Investment Market. It is expected that dealings will
commence in these Ordinary Shares on 15 August 2003. The employees to whom these
shares are being allotted have confirmed that they have no intention of selling
the shares in the short term.
