FORBIDDEN TECHNOLOGIES PLC
Director's share purchase
Forbidden Technologies plc has received notification that Stephen Streater,
Chief Executive, has purchased 50,000 ordinary shares at 58p per share. The
transaction date was 4th April 2001.
It is intended to transfer the above share holding to the e-Learning
Foundation, a charitable organisation.
This share purchase was made as a result of a recent understanding reached
between Mr Streater and Professor Henry Beker, the Foundation's Chairman, in
which Mr Streater would make a donation to the e-Learning Foundation, the
shares to be held as a long term investment.
