Forbidden Technologies plc ('the Company') announces that on Friday 4 October
2002 under the Forbidden Technologies plc Unapproved Share Option Scheme, the
following Directors were granted the below noted number of options to subscribe
for ordinary shares in the Company all at an exercise price of 21.5p per share
option (being the closing mid-market price on 3 October 2002). The options may
normally be exercised between the third and tenth anniversary of the date of
grant.
