notification yesterday that Stephen B Streater (Chief Executive) purchased
Ordinary Shares of 0.8p each in the Company as follows:

These Ordinary Shares will form part of a gift of 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the
Company intended to be transferred by Stephen B Streater to his fiancee before
their marriage next month.
