DIRECTORS' DEALINGS

The Company has been notified on 22 September 2015 that Hanover Investors bought 200,000 shares in the Company on 22 September 2015 at a price of 147 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Hanover Investors and its connected parties are interested in 5,417,651 ordinary shares, representing 6.9% of the Company's issued share capital. Matthew Peacock, Executive Director, and Tom Russell, Non-Executive Director of the Company, have an indirect beneficial interest in the shares held by Hanover Investors.
