The Company announces that on 28 September 2022, Matt Jones, Chief Executive Officer, received 214,626 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the vesting of a conditional share award under the Company's performance share plan.  Matt now holds 577,588 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.76% of the issued share capital.

On 30 September 2022, Adam Moloney, Chief Financial Officer, exercised nil cost options over 73,578 Ordinary Shares following the vesting of an award under the Company's performance share plan.  Adam now holds 252,894 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.33% of the issued share capital.
