Regenersis Plc announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2014, together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting, will be posted to shareholders by the end of next week. The documents are now available to download from the Company's website www.regenersis.com.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at Panmure Gordon, One New Change, London EC4M 9AF on Wednesday 26 November 2014 at noon.
