BOARD CHANGE
The Board of Directors of Bloomsbury Publishing Plc (the "Company") announces that Colin Adams has informed the Board that he will step down as Group Finance Director of the Company on 8th April 2011. He is expected to take up an appointment with a larger Plc which will be announced shortly. The process to appoint his successor has commenced.
Nigel Newton, Chief Executive said, "I would like to thank Colin for his tremendous contribution to the Company over the last 16 years. He has been an invaluable colleague. He leaves the Company in a very strong position and I wish him great success in his new role."
