The Boards of Blue Planet Financials Growth and Income Investment Trusts Nos
1-10 plc (the Companies) have been informed that on 9 January 2002 Mr Euan Rae
purchased 10,000 warrants in each of the Companies. As a result of this
transaction Mr Rae is beneficially interested in 3.75% of the warrants in
issue. Mr Rae is Investment Director of Blue Planet Investment Management Ltd,
the Manager of the Companies.
