undiluted Net Asset Value was 265.00 pence per unit. Investment values are calculated using BID prices.

This is equivalent to 26.500 pence per share for each of the ten identical trusts.

DILUTED NAV at 25th August 2006.
Blue Planet Investment Management Ltd announces that at close of business on the 25th August 2006 the unaudited diluted
Net Asset Value was 238.94 pence per unit. Investment values are calculated using BID prices.

This is equivalent to 23.894 pence per share for each of the ten identical trusts.

The closing share price at BID on the London Stock Exchange on that date was 175.00 pence per unit.

A unit comprises ten shares, one share in each of the Blue Planet Financials Growth & Income Investment Trusts Nos 1-10.
