                      Statement re Reflexion Cosmetics plc





Blue Star Capital plc (AIM: BLU), the company created to provide seed capital
for early stage companies, has undertaken to contribute to the future
transaction costs of Reflexion Cosmetics (AIM: RFX), a company seeking
acquisitions in the toiletries and cosmetics sector.



Blue Star will only contribute to such future transactions costs if any
acquisition proposed by Reflexion Cosmetics offers significant potential upside
for Blue Star's shareholders through equity participation.
