Fourth Interim Dividend Announcement

Bluefield Solar (LON: BSIF), the London listed income fund focused on acquiring and managing renewable energy and storage assets predominantly in the UK, is pleased to announce the Company's fourth interim dividend for the financial year which ended on 30 June 2022 (the 'Fourth Interim Dividend'). 

The Fourth Interim Dividend of 2.09 pence per Ordinary Share (September 2021: 2.00 pence per Ordinary Share) will be payable to Shareholders on the register as at 14 October 2022, with an associated ex-dividend date of 13 October 2022and a payment date on or around 4 November 2022.

The Board is pleased to have declared full year dividends of 8.20 pence per Ordinary Share for the financial year ending 30 June 2022 compared to a full year dividend of 8 pence per Ordinary Share for the financial year ending 30 June 2021.   These dividends are covered by earnings post debt amortisation.

Furthermore, the Board is pleased to confirm its guidance of a full year dividend of 8.40 pence per Ordinary Share for the financial year ending 30 June 2023 (2022: 8.16 pence).  This is expected to be covered by earnings and be post debt amortisation.
