Exercise of options by an Executive Director

The Company announces that Jon Prideaux, CEO and executive director of the Company, has today notified the Company that he exercised a total of 80,000 options over common shares of $0.0001 each in the Company ("Common Shares") at 28 cents per share on 23^rd April 2018 under Boku, Inc.'s Amended and Restated 2009 Equity Incentive Plan.

Following this notification, Mr Prideaux has a beneficial holding of 1,345,126 Common Shares (which represents 0.629% of the issued share capital of the Company).
