Notifiable Interest

The Company announces that on 23 December 2004 it received notification from
Elizabeth Moraig Kennedy that she had sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p each
in the Company on 20 December 2004 at a price of 340p per share representing
4.7% of the issued share capital.

As a result of this sale, Mrs Kennedy no longer has an interest in the Company.
