The Company announces that it received notification on 19 October 2005 that
on 17 October 2005 Moore Credit Fund (Master), L.P. had an interest of
1,395,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing 6.61%
of the issued share capital of the Company as of 17 October 2005.
This represents the entire holding of Moore Credit Fund (Master), L.P.  in the
share capital of the Company.
