                               Notifiable Interest

The Company announces that it received notification on 25 October 2005 that on
21 October 2005 Credit Suisse First Boston (Europe) Limited ('CSFBEL') no
longer has a notifiable interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
CSFBEL is a member of the investment banking business of Credit Suisse.

On 20 October 2005, the Company disclosed that CSFBEL had a notifiable interest
in 902,000 ordinary shares which amounts to 4.27% of the issued share capital of
the Company on 14 October 2005.
