Notifiable Interest


The Company announces that it received notice on 4 August 2005 that Fidelity
International Limited ('FIL'), including its direct and indirect subsidiaries,
being a non-beneficial holder had an interest of 1,275,500 ordinary shares of
10p each in the Company, representing 6.04% of the issued capital of the
Company. This represents the entire holding of FIL in the share capital of the
Company.

In addition, the Company announces that it received notice on 4 August 2005 that
FMR Corporation ('FMR'), including its direct and indirect subsidiaries, being a
non-beneficial holder had an interest of 842,100 ordinary shares of 10p each in
the Company, representing 3.99% of the issued share capital of the Company. This
represents the entire holding of FMR in the share capital of the Company.
