- we were informed on 16 December by Dr J.G.S. Buchanan, a Director of BP Amoco
p.l.c. that his wife has transferred 650 BP Amoco Ordinary shares by way of
gifts apportioned between their son, daughter, two nieces and a nephew
- we received notification on 16 December from HSBC Trust Company (UK) Limited
that the following Directors of BP Amoco p.l.c. were allotted the number of BP
Amoco Ordinary shares shown opposite their names on 10 December 1999 @ £6.26 per
share through reinvestment of PEP/ISA dividends:-
Dr J.G.S. Buchanan 23 Ordinary shares
Mr R.L. Olver 65 Ordinary shares
Mr B.K. Sanderson 64 Ordinary shares
- we received notification on 17 December that the following Directors of BP
Amoco p.l.c. acquired the number of BP Amoco Ordinary shares shown opposite
their names on 10 December 1999 @ £6.327 per share under the Dividend
Reinvestment Plan:-
Dr J.H.S. Buchanan 1,083 Ordinary shares
Mr R.F. Chase 785 Ordinary shares
Sir Robin Nicholson 17 Ordinary shares
