acquired the numbers of BP Amoco Ordinary shares shown below on 26 June 2000
@ £6.1354 per share under the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan:-

Mr R.F. Chase 1,527 shares
Sir Robin Nicholson 19 shares
- we were advised on 21 June 2000 by Dr J.G.S. Buchanan, a Director of BP
Amoco plc, that he had disposed of 360 BP Amoco Ordinary shares by way of
gift on 20 June 2000.
