                   Wayne Mitchell appointed CEO of Baydonhill



Baydonhill PLC, the AIM-listed financial services provider, today announces the
appointment of Wayne Mitchell as Group Chief Executive Officer, following the
resignation of Richard Collier with immediate effect.



Wayne Mitchell began his career at Natwest and is an Associate of the Institute
of Bankers (ACIB).  In 1987, he moved to Washington DC where he joined Petra
Bank as a treasury specialist.  From Petra, Mitchell joined Ruesch
International, a major international payment provider, as vice-president.  At
Ruesch, Wayne took over the New York Regional office as General Manager and
subsequently opened an office covering the Southern Region, based in Atlanta. In
1994, he returned to the UK to establish an operation based in London, which
grew to being the largest office within the Ruesch Group.



Wayne Mitchell, Chief Executive Officer at Baydonhill, said:

has been extremely well-received by customers and commentators alike, and I will
