                              Director resignation


The Company announces that Tim Sullivan has today resigned as a director of
Baydonhill with immediate effect in order to pursue other interests. He will
remain as an employee of the Company for 6 months to assist with the transition
of the Private Client FX business.


Wayne Mitchell, CEO said 'As one of the founding directors of the Baydonhill
group we thank Tim for his important contribution over the years and wish him
the best for the future'.
