                          Director / PDMR Shareholding



The Company was informed today that Alan Marsh, Chief Executive, yesterday
acquired 8,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 389.93 pence per
share which Mr. Marsh will gift to his children. Accordingly, Mr. Marsh
beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 1,170,002 ordinary
shares, representing 5.74 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
