Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company was informed today that Alan Marsh, Chief Executive, acquired 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 27 November 2008 at a price of 243 pence per share.  Mr. Marsh gifted 10,000 of these shares in total to his adult children.

Accordingly, Mr Marsh has a beneficial interest in 1,218,551 ordinary shares, representing 5.79 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
