The Company has been informed that Alan Marsh, Chief Executive, has today sold
125,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 445p to his pension fund
which bought the shares for 445.16p per ordinary share.

Accordingly, Mr Marsh remains beneficially interested in 1,170,002 ordinary
shares, representing 5.59 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
