Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company was informed today that Alastair Farley, Non Executive Director, acquired 10,471 ordinary shares in the Company on 12 May 2011at a price of 475 pence per share to be held in his Self Invested Pension Plan.

Accordingly, Mr Farley has a beneficial interest in 10,471 ordinary shares, representing 0.05 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
