Braemar Shipping Services plc (the "Company")

Purchase by Employee Share Trust

The Company has been notified that the Braemar Shipping Services plc Employee Share Option Plan (the 'ESOP') on Tuesday 30 November 2010 acquired 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 530 pence per share.  Accordingly, the ESOP now holds 912,842 ordinary shares in Braemar Shipping Services plc, representing 4.33 per cent. of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital.
