Braemar Group plc ('the Company')
Director's dealings
Further to today's announcement regarding the Toffee Works transaction and the
announcement made on 23 August 2006 regarding the sale of shares by Jonathan
Murphy and Anthony McFarland the Company is now able to clarify that Mr Murphy
and Mr McFarland were advised by Zeus Capital to sell the shares referred to in
the announcement on 23 August 2006 since it quickly became apparent that, as a
consequence of the accelerated purchase of the property known as 'Toffee Works'
in Harrogate, the Company was in a close period at the time of the share
purchases.
