Braemar Group plc ('the Company')
The Company announces that it received notification on 15 February 2008 that on
15 February 2008, Marc Duschenes, Chief Executive, purchased 6,080,000 ordinary
shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company at a price of 1.64p per
Ordinary Share. The beneficial interest of Mr. Duschenes following the purchases
is now 29,918,332 Ordinary Shares representing 18.27% of the total issued share
capital of the Company.
The Company also announces that it received notification on 15 February 2008
that on 15 February 2008, Frazer Fearnhead, a former employee of the Company,
disposed of 6,080,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 1.64p per
Ordinary Share. Mr. Fearnhead now has no beneficial interest in the Company.
