Disposal of Property



Braemar has today exchanged/completed the disposal of its Freehold apartments in
Blackpool for a consideration of £247,000 from its management subsidiary Braemar
Investment Management Limited realising approximately £140,000 of cash from this
non-core asset. The property was purchased in 2004 for £110,000 and has been
held for investment purposes for the last two years. There remain no further
non-core assets on the Group's balance sheet.



The resulting cash in-flow from this disposal will finance the group expansion
of Block Management and Property Management activities, which are complimentary
to the Fund Management business core to Braemar's strategy.
