Swallowfield plc (the "Company"), has today made its Annual report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2013 together with Notice of the 2013 Annual General Meeting available on the Company's website www.swallowfield.com.  The Annual report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders shortly.

The 2013 Annual General Meeting will be held at 12.00 noon on Thursday 14 November 2013 at the Company's offices, Swallowfield House, Station Road, Wellington, Somerset, TA21 8NL.
